4 Do’s & Don’ts to Having a More Productive Day

Updated: Jan 9, 2019

We may not be able to control everything that happens throughout our day but we do have control over our own actions.

One day I saw this meme that said something along the lines of: Beyoncé and Jay-Z have the same 24 hours in their day. That really got me thinking.

People who have already achieved the level of success that they were aiming for are not superheroes. They’re still human at the end of the day.

They still have the same amount of time that everyone else is granted. So that MUST be the key. Time is a luxury in ITSELF and is not, by any means, to be wasted by anyone…. including yourself.

So here are 4 Do’s & Don'ts To Get More Out of Your 24:

1. Do Cut Social Media/TV: Or at least limit It. It’ll be hard at first but imagine how much more you can get done during the time you would’ve spent scrolling on your timeline looking at what everyone else is doing.

2. Don’t Doubt/Hesitate : You know how you’ll have an idea and then you’ll probably say to yourself “Oh no that’s stupid” or “That might not work”? Nope. Cut that out. NOTHING is random. Chances are that that idea could be your ticket. So when you get an idea just act on it..with 0 hesitation. 3. Do Eat Healthier: You're probably thinking “Wait, food is linked with my productivity?

Surprisingly enough, yes! You know that saying ‘You are What You Eat’? Truest statement ever told. Start eating a little healthier and you’ll see what I mean. 4. Don’t Steer Away From Your Routine:

If you don’t already have a morning routine, then I have two words for you. Get One. Not only do routines keep you on track in this distraction infested world of ours but it also helps with making sure you incorporate self care into the mix too!

That's it. 4 Do’s & Don'ts To Get More Out of Your 24. Beyonce and Jay-Z don't stand a chance now!

Hope this Helps!
