Soul Food: Taking a Break From the Grind and Aligning

Destroy the idea that you have to constantly be working or grinding to be successful & EMBRACE the reality that rest, recovery, & reflection are just as important to achieving success & ultimate happiness as the grind is. That means do things that feed your soul & nourish your body. Eat your fucking fruits & veggies, drink water, take a nap, open up a book, meditate, pray, go to church, or learn a new recipe, COOK, do a face mask, run a bubble bath, go for a walk, exercise in general. Self care is so vital to not only your success but to your overall health too. WHATEVER it is that makes YOU happy & causes you the least amount of stress. Do that. & make sure it becomes a part of your weekly routine.
