"My father (Wayne Ayers Sr.) left to Indiana when I was two years old after him and my mother (Andrea Ayers) got divorced. Leading me to be raised by my mother primarily. Around the end of 6th grade my mother was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis which caused her to miss a lot of time from work. I turned the pain into motivation and it still drives me to be great every day."

Also we would love to start a couple of podcasts. We will be starting online shows that will be available on our site and YouTube pages next year."

"Networking is one of the most important things to do to gain success. Also invest in yourself to help your dreams come true."
